I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and ASL–English Interpreter providing trauma-informed, inclusive psychotherapy for adults, parents, and individuals navigating life transitions, disability, and emotional overwhelm.

Many of the people I work with have spent years caring for others and are now ready to care for themselves. They may feel burned out, disconnected from their bodies, confused by long-standing relationship patterns, or impacted by childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or intergenerational experiences. Others are navigating parenting stress, identity shifts, perimenopause, disability-related transitions, or the emotional impact of supporting a loved one with mental health or addiction challenges.

My approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw from attachment-based therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and creative interventions. Sessions focus on insight, nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and sustainable change, not quick fixes.

I bring over 25 years of experience across social work, psychotherapy, ASL–English interpretation, community mental health, disability services, education, and program development. I have extensive experience working with parents, neurodivergent individuals, the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community, and people navigating complex family systems.

I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where clients can move at their own pace. Therapy is tailored to your goals, values, communication needs, and lived experience. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin.
